GUARANTEE POLICY

What This Warranty Covers

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Sharpbike products manufactured by Sharpbeco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

How Long This Warranty Lasts

Guarantee period starts from the shipment time from our factory. Warranty period for different components are listed as below:

  • Motor: 24 Months
  • Lithium Battery: 18 Months
  • Charger: 12 Months
  • Controller & Display: 12 Months
  • Other Component: 6 Months

What We Will Do

In guarantee period, customers generally do not need to send back the defective products. However, defects products information should be required for evaluation, such as the product serial number, pictures, videos, order number or other related information.

  • If both parties confirm that the parts can be replaced for maintenance, Sharpbike will arrange to send the parts to the customer by express delivery, and the express cost shall be borne by Sharpbike.
  • If both parties confirm that the product cannot be repaired by changing parts, Sharpbike will provide new corresponding product, and send it to the customer by the next batch of sea order.

Lifetime Services

All products of Sharpbike are provided with lifelong maintenance service. If there is any problem out of the warranty period, Sharpbike can provide corresponding parts to the customer for maintenance, and the cost of parts and transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
